Croatian and Slovenian transcription hits around 94% word accuracy in our tests. It's not perfect. If a transcript error changes what you meant, you'll see it on the download and can edit or retake the interview. The AI also asks follow-up questions if something is unclear.

Yes. You get the audio file, the transcript, and the full scored report. Use them anywhere you want.

No. Your interview is processed by AI to produce transcripts and scoring — then it's yours. We do not use candidate data to train or fine-tune any model. Our subprocessors (Anthropic, Deepgram) also have "no training on customer data" contracts.

In the European Union. Specifically: Hetzner data centre in Falkenstein, Germany. Never outside the EU for VoxNexus storage. AI processing by subprocessors may transit their servers; none of them retain your data.

No. Companies can't see your profile until you apply to a role or accept an invitation. There is no "bulk export" of talent. Every invite has a required personal message from the hiring team.

Yes. You can block specific companies, set your status to "not looking", or limit invites to specific job types / locations.

Set your status to "open to offers" or "not looking". Your profile stays live but companies know you're passive. Easier to re-enter the market when the time comes.

Yes. Set your engagement types to include "contract" and "project". Add hourly rate. Companies filter for contractors specifically.

It scores against the rubric, not against a CV template. If a company cares about career gaps, they will. If they don't, the AI doesn't. Your interview is a chance to explain your trajectory in your own words — something a CV can't do.

Yes. The platform is open. Most hiring companies are in the Adriatic + DACH region, so if you want to work remotely for an EU company, this is a good fit. If you're looking for US-only jobs, you'd be better served elsewhere.
