Hiring in Croatia is broken in a specific way: HR teams are tiny — often one person for 200 employees. CVs pile up. Candidates ghost scheduled interviews. US-first tools treat Croatian as an afterthought. And the moment you try to hire cross-border — a Slovenian warehouse manager, a German sales lead — the language-switching friction multiplies.

We started Pro Group building software for Croatian and regional businesses. Every client had the same story: great people in the pipeline, impossible process to get to them. So we built VoxNexus — a voice-first HR platform designed around four things that the Adriatic and DACH region actually need.

What we refuse to build

Every product choice is a promise about what we won't do. For us the list includes:

Facial analysis or "emotional AI" for hiring No evidence it's predictive. Strong evidence it's biased. HireVue dropped it in 2021 for a reason.
Demographic inference from voice We transcribe what candidates say. Not who we guess they are.
Training models on your data Your tenant data is yours. Not training fuel.
Dark-pattern pricing No hidden fees, no "you can't cancel without calling sales", no surprise annual uplifts.
Fake urgency / fake social proof No countdown timers. No AI-generated testimonial faces. No "trusted by 10,000+ companies" before we've earned it.
